Draft for review. Written to match how the site actually works. Not legal advice; to be reviewed by counsel familiar with the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) before launch.
Who we are
This policy explains how Stryvia collects and handles personal data when you use stryvia.ai. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at privacy@stryvia.ai.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to understand your problem and follow up. When you use the chat, we collect the messages you send and the conversation that results. If you take the next step or request access, we collect the contact details you provide — your name, your email, and optionally your company. When you visit, we collect standard technical and usage data through our analytics: pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location from your IP, device and browser type, and the language you use. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not share it in the chat.
How we use your data
We use your data to understand the problem you bring, to respond to you, to follow up if you ask us to build something with you, to operate and improve the site, and to understand what visitors need. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising. The chat is powered by a third-party AI model provider that processes the content of your conversation in order to respond; we share only what is needed to generate the response.
How chat conversations are handled
Conversations, including those that do not lead to contact, are stored so we can understand what visitors are looking for and improve how we help. Where a conversation includes contact details, it is linked to your record so the person who follows up has the context.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers, encrypted at rest and protected in transit.
Your data is stored in the nearest available region, with in-Kingdom hosting adopted as the platform grows.
Analytics and cookies
We use analytics to understand how the site is used, including which pages draw attention and where visitors encounter friction. This may include session recordings with personal form fields masked so we never capture what you type into a contact form. On your first visit you will be asked to consent to non-essential analytics, and you can withdraw it at any time. Essential cookies needed to make the site work do not require consent.
Third parties we rely on
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the site: a hosting provider, a database provider, an AI model provider that powers the chat, and an analytics provider. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.
How long we keep your data
We keep conversation and contact data for as long as needed to follow up and to improve our service, and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to know what personal data we hold, to access it, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us at privacy@stryvia.ai and we will respond within the period the law requires.
Children
The site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site and our practices evolve. The current version is always the one posted here, with the date of last update shown above.
